Everything you need to know about digital marketing and working with WeAll β€” from first principles to pricing.

General Digital Marketing Basics

Digital marketing is the practice of promoting products or services through online channels β€” including search engines, social media, email, websites, and paid ads. Unlike traditional marketing (TV, print, hoardings), digital marketing is measurable: you can see exactly how many people saw your ad, clicked it, and took action. For any business that wants to grow in today's connected world, having a digital presence is no longer optional.

SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) is the process of improving your website so it ranks higher on Google and other search engines when people search for what you offer. For example, if someone searches "best bakery in Pune," a well-optimised bakery website would appear near the top of those results. SEO matters because organic search traffic is free, consistent, and high-intent β€” people who find you this way are already looking for what you sell.

SEO is "earned" visibility β€” you improve your website's quality and relevance so search engines rank it higher organically. It takes time (usually 3–6 months to see significant movement) but delivers long-lasting results at no per-click cost once it's working. PPC (Pay-Per-Click), such as Google Ads or Meta Ads, is "paid" visibility β€” you pay for every click or impression. It's immediate and highly targeted, but stops the moment you stop spending. Most effective strategies use both: SEO for sustainable long-term traffic, PPC for immediate reach and specific campaigns.

Social media marketing involves creating and distributing content on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube to build brand awareness, engage your audience, and drive business results. This includes organic content (regular posts, Reels, Stories) as well as paid social ads. Done well, it turns followers into loyal customers and brand advocates.

Branding is the totality of how your business presents itself β€” your logo, colour palette, typography, tone of voice, and the feeling people get when they interact with you. Strong branding makes your business instantly recognisable, builds trust with new customers, and lets you charge a premium over unbranded competitors. Without clear branding, even a great product gets lost in the noise.

Content marketing is the strategy of creating genuinely useful, educational, or entertaining content β€” blog articles, videos, infographics, case studies β€” that attracts your ideal customer and builds trust over time. Rather than pushing a direct sales message, you provide value first. This establishes your authority in your industry, improves SEO, and generates leads from people who already trust your expertise before they contact you.

It depends on the channel. Paid ads (Google Ads, Meta Ads) can generate leads within the first week once campaigns are set up. SEO typically shows meaningful improvement in 3–6 months, with compounding results over 12+ months. Social media growth usually takes 2–4 months of consistent posting to build real momentum. The honest answer is: digital marketing is not a magic switch β€” it's a sustained investment. The businesses that win are those that commit to it consistently over 6–12 months.

WeAll's Services

WeAll is a full-service digital marketing agency. Our core services are: Social Media Management (content, Reels, community management), SEO & Content Marketing (technical SEO, blog content, backlinks), Paid Advertising (Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads), Branding & Identity (logo, brand guidelines, design systems), Web Design & Development (custom websites, e-commerce, landing pages), and Analytics & Reporting (GA4 setup, dashboards, monthly reports). Think of us as your complete external marketing team.

You can absolutely choose just the service you need. If you only want SEO, we'll work on SEO. If you only need someone to manage your Instagram, that's perfectly fine too. That said, integrated strategies (where SEO, social, and ads work together) typically produce stronger results. We'll be upfront about what combination makes the most sense for your goals and budget.

We have experience working with businesses across retail, food & beverage, healthcare, real estate, e-commerce, professional services, education, and lifestyle brands. Digital marketing principles are largely universal, and we adapt our strategies to fit your specific industry, audience behaviour, and competitive landscape.

Yes. Web design and development is one of our core services. We build fast, mobile-first, conversion-focused websites β€” from simple landing pages to full e-commerce stores. We also ensure your site is built with SEO best practices baked in, so marketing and the website work together rather than separately.

Yes β€” fully. End-to-end social media management means we handle everything: content strategy, copywriting, graphic design, Reel/video creation, scheduling, posting, community management (replying to comments and DMs), monthly reporting, and ongoing strategy refinement. You stay informed and in control, but you don't need to spend time on the day-to-day execution.

Process & Working Together

Onboarding typically takes 7–10 days and covers four steps: (1) Kickoff call β€” we go deep on your business, goals, target audience, and competitors. (2) Audit β€” we review your existing digital presence and identify quick wins and gaps. (3) Strategy document β€” we share a tailored plan with timelines and key performance indicators. (4) Account setup β€” we get access to the platforms we'll manage and begin building. You'll receive a clear timeline and point of contact before we start anything.

Yes. Every WeAll client is assigned a dedicated account manager who serves as your single point of contact. They coordinate the internal team β€” designers, SEO specialists, ad managers β€” and are responsible for communicating updates, sharing reports, and being available for your questions. You won't be passed around between different people each time you reach out.

You'll receive a detailed monthly performance report covering all active services β€” traffic, rankings, ad spend and returns, social media growth, and key insights. Beyond that, your account manager is available for ad-hoc updates, and we can set up a shorter bi-weekly check-in call if you prefer more frequent touchpoints.

Absolutely. Marketing is not a set-and-forget exercise. You can request adjustments to targeting, messaging, creatives, or strategy at any point. We have a structured change-request process so edits are actioned quickly and don't slip through the cracks. Major strategic pivots go through a brief discussion so we can align on the expected impact before making the change.

As much or as little as you prefer. Some clients want to review and approve every piece of content before it goes live. Others prefer to sign off on the monthly strategy and let us run. We adapt to your preference. At a minimum, we ask for a monthly review call (30–45 minutes) to ensure the strategy stays aligned with where your business is headed.

Pricing & Contracts

WeAll works on a monthly retainer model for ongoing services (social media management, SEO, ads management). This gives you predictable costs and keeps us aligned on long-term results rather than one-off deliverables. Project-based work like website design or branding is quoted as a fixed fee. We don't charge commissions on ad spend β€” you pay us a flat management fee and the ad spend goes directly to the platform.

We ask for a 3-month minimum engagement for ongoing services. This is not a lock-in to protect us β€” it's because meaningful results in digital marketing (especially SEO and social media) genuinely take time to materialise. A 30-day contract would leave both sides frustrated. After the initial 3 months, engagements continue on a rolling monthly basis with 30 days' notice to cancel.

You can cancel with 30 days' written notice after the initial commitment period. We'll ensure a clean handover β€” including transferring all account access, creative assets, and documentation to you. There are no cancellation penalties beyond the notice period. We'd rather you leave on good terms and come back when the timing is right.

No hidden costs. Our retainer covers our services and management. Ad spend (the money that goes to Meta, Google, etc.) is separate and paid directly by you to the platform β€” we'll manage it, but it sits outside our fee. We'll always give you a recommended ad budget as part of the strategy and explain exactly what it's expected to achieve before you spend a rupee.

Results & Guarantees

We don't make guarantees of specific rankings or fixed ROI numbers β€” and you should be very cautious of any agency that does. Google's algorithm is influenced by hundreds of factors, and no one can control it completely. What we guarantee is our process: rigorous strategy, quality execution, transparent reporting, and continuous optimisation. We set realistic targets based on your industry and budget, and hold ourselves accountable to them.

We treat underperformance as a signal to diagnose, not ignore. If a campaign is not hitting its targets, we analyse what's happening (is it the targeting? the creative? the offer? the landing page?), present our findings, and adjust. You'll always know what we're seeing in the data and what we're doing about it. We don't wait for you to ask β€” proactive communication is part of how we work.

We define success metrics at the start of every engagement, tied to your specific goals. For e-commerce, success might be ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) and cost per purchase. For a service business, it might be qualified leads and cost per lead. For SEO, it's organic traffic growth and keyword ranking improvements. For social media, it's reach, engagement rate, and follower quality. We don't report vanity metrics β€” everything ties back to real business outcomes.

Trust & Legal

Yes, completely. All client information β€” business data, ad account details, analytics access, and any proprietary information shared with us β€” is treated as strictly confidential. We sign NDAs on request. We will never share your data with third parties, use your business as a case study without your written permission, or access your accounts for anything beyond the agreed scope of work. Your trust is the foundation of our business.
